Why not try one of our workshops. We have a proven methodology developed over a course of 12 months in Sweden. Everyone can learn it! Guaranteed to make you sweat. For first timers we start with the most basic isolations and work our way to more advanced moves. We believe the key in successful teaching is to be able identify the learning style of the pupil and slowly challenge that person to reach new heights.
